City researcher found a piquant location - an abandoned Japanese "hotel of love"

The Dutchman Bob Thyssen is a famous explorer of hundreds of abandoned locations in different corners of the globe, among which there were a huge number of so-called "hotels of love." A few months ago, Bob, by his own admission, discovered on the Japanese island of Honshu, the largest and most expensive love hotel of all that he had ever seen.

Thyssen does not disclose the exact location of this unusual institution, fearing that it will immediately become a victim of vandals. He notes that he would be infinitely sorry if such picturesque rooms were irretrievably destroyed. The labyrinth of rooms with colorful furniture, moving beds and whole galleries of mirrors, according to Bob, look absolutely amazing.

The researcher says that the hotel, which he was lucky to find, was opened in the Showa era, which ended 30 years ago after the death of the emperor. Soon after the death of the ruler, it became difficult to maintain such hotels, so many of them were closed. These unique places allowed the client to quietly enter their room and, while maintaining complete confidentiality, indulge in the realization of their wildest fantasies.
