Venezuelan hospital - a place from your nightmares

A couple of decades ago, Venezuela was the most developed and successful country in Latin America. However, today this state, unfortunately, is in a very poor position, approaching a humanitarian and social catastrophe.

New York Times correspondent Meridit Kogut traveled to Venezuela to capture what is happening in one of the country's most important areas - medical. The woman brought a lot of stunning pictures from the life of Venezuelan hospitals. As can be seen in the photographs, the conditions in which patients are forced to be are monstrous. Often in hospitals there are not only antibiotics and essential drugs, but even electricity and water.
