7 interesting photos from the Chilean zoo, where people are sitting in cages, not animals

The zoo, of course, is one of our favorite places of childhood: unforgettable impressions and indescribable emotions accompany every visit. And yet it is unbearably sad to look at beautiful, powerful and formidable creatures locked in iron cages or pacing from corner to corner behind glass. But a completely different matter - the amazing Chilean zoo Safari Lion Zoo, located in the city of Rankagua! Here, not animals, but people, are locked in the cells. The main idea of this unique zoo is the opportunity to observe wild animals in their natural habitat.

Guests of the zoo move around its territory in a steel cage mounted on a small truck. This net is the only barrier between dangerous predators and humans.

Fresh meat, which is distributed to visitors to the zoo to attract animals, makes lions jump right on the cages with people.

It is forbidden to feed huge cats through the bars, but those who wish can take pictures with lions, and the most courageous and desperate ones decide even to touch dangerous animals.
